Communication Strategy/Marketing Plan

     Planning communications and marketing for an ambitious, inclusive workplace health and wellness program that seeks to engage the full breadth of hospital healthcare workers is complex and entails enormous challenges. At the same time, if viewed holistically, there is tremendous truth and power in the notion that “we’re all in this together”—that regardless of workers’ level of education, financial status, socioeconomic, racial, ethnic background, or role, everyone works in the same workplace ecosystem and experiences stress. It’s also true that though the proposed integrative health interventions may be foreign to many, they are highly accessible, simple, and effective for everyone.
